Welcome, I’m Michele Delgado, CEO of Hartmetrics.
I grew up as the daughter of a single Latina mother. While I saw and experienced what it feels like to be manipulated by life and other people, My mother advocated for her beliefs, set boundaries, and accomplished her dreams against all odds.
We had our struggles, but she showed me how to overcome and pursue whatever inspired me, regardless of my resources.
I began a successful career in the travel industry, and I discovered my passion for seeing other women succeed. Like Mom, I pursued my dreams and earned an executive role, where I encouraged other women to be bold in pursuing what inspires them.
After dedicating over 25 years to the travel industry, my journey led me to discover a profound passion for empowering women. It was during this transition that I came to realize the significant impact life’s challenges have on our aspirations.
Life is full of transitions and challenges for everyone. Sometimes we don’t recognize how much circumstances, people, and trauma have manipulated our stories until our own aspirations quietly evaporate. That’s why I founded Hartmetrics: to empower women to navigate personal
and career transitions.
In 2021, I started Hartmetrics with a mission to continue my passion of mentoring and creating positive change for both individuals and organizations.
Everyone should be acknowledged for their talents and encouraged to pursue their dreams, regardless of their resources. Leveraging my experience and expertise, I guide people toward their goals.
It’s this core mission and dedication to helping others that has allowed me to thrive and realize my greatest passion is mentoring others so they can be the best version of themselves.
